Panini: cards featuring French amateur footballers in collaboration with the SportEasy app

SportEasy, a web and mobile solution that supports amateur clubs in their management, and Panini, an Italian manufacturer of collectible cards and stickers, are rolling out the "Panini Match Star" initiative, which allows French amateur football players to win giant Panini cards bearing their likeness, just like professional players, announced the application on 05/03/2024.

"Every month, the performances of a male or female player are highlighted through this operation. To win a chance to have their face immortalised on a life-size Panini card, the best male and female players must be voted 'Star du match' (Star of the Match) on SportEasy by their partners," explained the app. Launched in October 2023, this initiative has already rewarded four players and will continue until the end of the 2023-24 season.

Panini has also set up another amateur football operation in 2023-24, in collaboration with food delivery service Uber Eats, and has included amateur teams in a collectable sticker album dedicated to the 18 Ligue 1 Uber Eats clubs. The 24 clubs involved are among the 50…
