DFL: Mondelēz International (confectionery) extends partnership with the Bundesliga & 2.Bundesliga

American confectionery manufacturer Mondelēz International has extended as an official partner of the Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga, announced Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH on 06/03/2024. The two parties have been associated since 01/01/2021, and the agreement was negotiated by Bundesliga International, a subsidiary of the DFL in charge of the commercial rights (audiovisual, sponsorship, marketing, digital) for Germany's top two divisions internationally.

As part of the new agreement, Mondelēz will continue to hold the marketing rights to the DFL and its clubs to offer online and point-of-sale activations. The brand, which promotes its Milka, Oreo and Tuc brands through this partnership, is notably associated with the "Milka Fair Play Moments" as well as the "Fair Play of the Season Award presented by Milka" presented at the end of each season.
