Super Bowl 2024: 62.5 million viewers outside USA (+10% vs 2023), including 24.1 million in Mexico

Kansas City Chiefs - San Francisco 49ers (25-22 after overtime), the 58^th edition of the Super Bowl played at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas (Nevada, USA), drew 62.5 million viewers outside the United States, announced the National Football League on 06/03/2024. This figure represents a 10% increase on the 2023 edition.

Among the 195 territories in which the match was broadcast (via 80 broadcasters and in more than 25 languages), the main markets were as follows:
• Mexico: 24.1 million viewers in total (+5% vs 2023), including a peak of 10 million simultaneously during the Halftime Show;
• Canada: 18.8 million viewers (+16%)
• Germany: 3.8 million (+ 13%)
• United Kingdom: 3.7 million (+18%)
• Australia: 3 million (+26%).

The Super Bowl also has experienced strong growth on social media: the NFL has a total of 17.9 million followers, 1.3 million more than in 2023. Of these new followers, 20% subscribed to NFL accounts during Super Bowl week.
