LOSC Lille: launch of a platform to report discriminatory behavior

LOSC Lille (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) has launched an online platform for reporting any racist, homophobic or sexist incidents during the events it organises, announced the club on 07/03/2024.

"Each of these reports will be processed and followed up by the LOSC and Her Game Too France teams, and may be passed on to the relevant authorities in the event of proven facts," explained the club. This initiative, aimed at victims and witnesses of incidents, is the fruit of a partnership formed on 07/03/2024 with the French branch of the Her Game Too voluntary organisation to "combat sexism and promote inclusion online and in the stands".

The partnership also includes two other initiatives:
• the publication of a page dedicated to the fight against discrimination to raise awareness and inform supporters;
• the creation of a joint working committee at the Domaine de Luchin (training centre) "bringing together female supporters and LOSC staff with the aim of identifying areas for improvement and implementing concrete actions to promote inclusion and diversity within the club's community."
