M6 will launch its new free streaming platform M6+ "in all environments before Euro 2024," announced the French private free-TV group on 06/03/2024.

"With M6+, the volume of programmes available free of charge will be doubled, with 30,000 hours available throughout the year, including 10,000 exclusive hours. The platform brings together the M6 group's strong brands and offers more previews and streamable brands," explained the group. Among the new features on the M6+ platform will be the reality show 'MMA Academy', with the participation of several French professional fighters, including Manon Fiorot and Morgan Charrière, both of whom compete in the UFC.

"Backed by an ambitious investment plan and the expertise of its European partner Bedrock, a technology subsidiary of RTL Group and Groupe M6, the aim is to double online programme consumption and triple revenues from streaming by 2028. M6+ will replace 6play at launch."
