2023-24 Women's Champions League: a minimum of €814,000 guaranteed for clubs in the quarter-finals

The eight clubs that qualify for the quarter-finals of the 2023-24 UEFA Women's Champions League, which begin on Tuesday 19/03/2024, will each receive a minimum of €814,000 from UEFA.

In the event of elimination, Chelsea FC (Barclays Women's Super League) and Olympique Lyonnais (D1 Arkema) would receive at least this sum of €814,000, while SK Brann (Toppserien) would receive €987,00. The difference is explained by the revenue received by the Norwegian club during the two qualifying rounds.

UEFA has undertaken to redistribute a minimum of €24m to the clubs for this 2023-24 edition of the Women's Champions League:
• €11.5m (48%) to participating clubs from the group stage onwards;
• €7m (29%) to clubs that took part in the qualifying phase;
• approximately €5.5m (23%) to the national federations that have entered at least one club in the competition, an amount to be divided equally between the clubs in their respective national women's first divisions (excluding clubs lining up in the group stage of the current edition).
