NBA: sports betting features integrated into the NBA League Pass (OTT) with Sportradar

The National Basketball Association has activated its partnership with Sportradar, a Swiss company specialised in sports betting monitoring and the provision of sports data, for the introduction of sports betting features on the NBA League Pass platform, announced the two entities on 19/03/2024. NBA League Pass is the NBA's direct-to-consumer (DtoC) service broadcasting all of the North American league's games.

These features are powered by Sportradar's emBET OTT solution. "Users can opt-in to have the convenience of viewing and selecting bets directly on NBA League Pass. When ready to place a bet, they are directed to FanDuel or DraftKings, the NBA’s official betting partners, through a seamlessly embedded link," explained the two parties.

"emBET will continue to enhance user engagement and retention by delivering more innovative and interactive content, such as advanced team and player insights, polls, voting and trivia widgets," added the NBA and Sportradar.
