AC Milan: launch of an official channel on WhatsApp (instant messaging platform)

AC Milan (Serie A TIM), has launched an official channel on the instant messaging application WhatsApp (Meta) as a "new way to communicate, engage, and interact with fans," announced the Italian club on 25/03/2024.

The launch of the channel is "a step forward to broaden our communication strategy, an effective way to further involve our community. By subscribing and activating notifications, an essential step to not miss any messages within the chat, Rossoneri fans will receive daily news, photos, videos, and audio. Polls will also be included to interact directly with fans, along with exclusive content - starting today - to provide a unique experience," explained the club. 

Via the chat, fans will also be able to book tickets for matches at the San Siro (Milan, ITA), as well as take part in events and contests with the chance to win special prizes.
