Tennis/Wimbledon: beIN SPORTS extends its exclusive broadcasting rights in France until 2028

beIN SPORTS France has extended its exclusive broadcasting rights to the Wimbledon Grand Slam tournament until 2028 (five editions in 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028), announced the pay-TV group on 26/03/2024.

"For the 10^th consecutive edition on its channels (from 01 to 14/07/2024), beIN SPORTS will offer complete coverage of the tournament with two dedicated channels, one of which will be MultiCourt. beIN will present the Centre Court programme every day (morning and evening) to present and debrief each day of the tournament, thanks to the analysis and expertise of all the journalists in the beIN SPORTS editorial team," explained the group, which has held the exclusive broadcasting rights to the tournament in France since 2014.

"This is excellent news for our subscribers, as Wimbledon is the centrepiece of our international tennis offering, which also includes the Billie Jean King Cup (since 2015), the Davis Cup (since 2015) and the best of the WTA women's tour (until 2026)," said Yousef Al-Obaidly, president of beIN SPORTS France.
