LFP: a "viewing party" in Tokyo (Japan) & the "Japan Media Tour" in France in March 2024

LFP Media, the Ligue de Football Professionnel's commercial subsidiary, organised several events for Japanese fans in March 2024 as part of its international development strategy, it announced on 26/03/2024.

The body organised a "viewing party" in Tokyo (Japan) to coincide with the Paris Saint-Germain - Stade de Reims game (2-2, Matchday 25 of the Ligue 1 Uber Eats, on Sunday 10/03/2024, kick-off at 13:00 local time, 21:00 in Japan). "It had a particular resonance in Japan and on the Asian continent, due to the presence of Japanese internationals Keito Nakamura and Junya Ito for Stade de Reims, and Lee Kang In (South Korea) for Paris SG," said the LFP.

A "Japan Media Tour" was organised alongside this first event. "Over the course of a week, a Japanese delegation made up of a dozen journalists (Soccer King, Goal Japan, DAZN and the JIJI Press news agency) and content creator Takuya Regate (7 million fans on social media) had the opportunity to visit Paris Saint-Germain, Stade de Reims and AS Monaco FC".
