Serie A TIM: Juventus FC conclude a €199.9m capital increase

"The capital increase, the terms of which were set on 07/03, was fully subscribed to the tune of 126,373,938 shares for a total value of €199,923,569," announced Juventus FC (Serie A TIM) on 03/04/2024.

"This result again confirms the full support of the market for the club in the context of the offer. Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG and UniCredit Bank GmbH, Milan Branch acted as joint global coordinators in the context of the capital increase," added Juventus.

The deal was approved at Juventus FC's extraordinary shareholders' meeting on 23/11/2023, after having been discussed by the board of directors on 06/10/2023. At that time, the board approved revenues (including transfers) of €507.7m for the 2022-23 financial year (from 01/07/2022 to 30/06/2023), up 14.5% on 2021-22 (€443.4m), and a net loss of €123.7m, which was nonetheless an improvement on 2021-22 (-€239.3m).
