LALIGA: Keegan Pierce (USA) appointed as director of international relations for the Spanish league

The American Keegan Pierce, currently managing director for the UK and Ireland at LALIGA's office in London (ENG), has also been appointed director of international relations for the Spanish League, announced the latter on 16/04/2024.

"In this newly created role, Pierce will direct LALIGA's institutional relations with key stakeholders outside of Spain, while continuing to oversee the organisation's office in King's Cross (London, ENG), one of eleven international outposts the Spanish league has opened since 2013," explained LALIGA.

Keegan Pierce was promoted to managing director for the UK and Ireland "to bolster its presence in the territory," announced the Spanish league on 30/01/2023. The American had already been working in the London office since it opened in 2020, overseeing LALIGA's strategy in these territories, including "the launch of LaLigaTV as a 24/7 linear offering as well as its distribution via Amazon Prime Video channels."
