Bundesliga: AB InBev group puts forward local beer Haake Beck to partner Werder Bremen

The AB InBev brewing group has decided to put forward the local beer Haake Beck to its partner SV Werder Bremen (Bundesliga) for the second part of the 2014-15 season, announced the club on 26/01/2015.

AB InBev Germany, whose headquarters are in Bremen, has displayed the Beck brand for several seasons within its partnership with Werder Bremen. Haake Beck will be visible on the advertising boards and at the concession stands inside the Weser Stadion (capacity 42,500).

  • Werder Bremen achieved a turnover of €87.9m in the 2012-13 season.
  • The club finished in 12th place in the Bundesliga 2013-14.
  • Werder Bremen has 23,000 season ticket holders in 2014-15.
    • This represents a decrease of 13% compared to 2013-14 (26,500 season ticket holders).
  • Infront Sports & Media has exclusive rights to the club's marketing until the end of the 2028-29 season.
