• The Spanish Footballers' Association (AFE) and ProLiga, which represents Spanish amateur clubs, have signed the first ever collective agreement dedicated to Primera Federación (D3) players, which they presented on 15/04 as "an important step towards the necessary professionalisation of the division."
• Ivan Gazidis, chairman of investment fund Kilmer Sports Ventures and former chief executive of Arsenal FC (Premier League) and AC Milan (Serie A TIM), is reportedly in talks to buy AS Saint-Étienne (Ligue 2 BKT), according to the French sports daily L'Equipe.
• Hummel will become the official kit supplier of AFC Sunderland (Sky Bet Championship) from the 2024-25 season.
• Stade Brestois 29 - AS Monaco FC, on Matchday 30 of the 2023-24 Ligue 1 Uber Eats season, will be broadcast free of charge in France on Prime Video for all Prime subscribers, with no Pass Ligue 1 subscription required, on Sunday 21/04/2024.
