Manchester City FC: Quidd (digital collectibles marketplace) global partner from 2023-24

Quidd, a digital collectibles and NFT marketplace and subsidiary of the Hong Kong-based game software company and venture capital company Animoca Brands, has become a global partner of Manchester City FC (Premier League) as part of a "multi-year" agreement from the 2023-24 season, announced the club on 24/04/2024.

As part of the agreement, "Quidd will be releasing a range of special edition digital collectibles which will allow Cityzens the ability to collect and benefit from Manchester City themed digital products," said the club.

Manchester City's first series of digital trading cards will be released on the Quidd marketplace at 14:00 (GMT) on Thursday 02/05/2024. "The first series will feature over 200 bespoke player cards, with the first 10,000 Cityzens acquiring two free packs plus exclusive access to 'For The Fans' packs within 72 hours of release," explained the reigning Premier League champions.
