Tottenham Hotspur FC: match versus J1 League champions Vissel Kobe as part of summer tour of Japan

Tottenham Hotspur FC (Premier League) "will play reigning J1 League champions Vissel Kobe at the Japan National Stadium (Tokyo, JPN) on Saturday 27/07/2024" as part of their pre-season summer tour, announced the club on 25/04/2024.

Tottenham Hotspur have visited Japan twice previously, having played three matches versus an All Japan XI during the club's first trip to Asia in 1971 and then taking part in the Kirin Cup in 1991. This summer tour will be "the first time in 33 years" that Tottenham have visited the country.

During the tour, the club "will engage with its fanbase, support good causes, deliver grassroots football programmes and celebrate local culture," said the London (ENG) club, which plans to support "good causes" and celebrate "local culture" during its time in Tokyo.
