LFFP: "The resources allocated by the FFF amount to nearly €15m per year until 2028" (J-M. Aulas)

"The resources allocated by the Fédération Française de Football (FFF) for the new Ligue Féminine de Football Professionnelle (Women's Professional Football League, LFFP) amount to nearly €15m per year, for a total of between €50m and €70m over five years, i.e. until 2028," said Jean-Michel Aulas, vice-president of the FFF and president of the LFFP, during the presentation of the LFFP at the Pavillon Dauphine (Paris 16^th arrondissement) in conjunction with the 2023-24 Trophées D1 Arkema ceremony on 29/04/2024.

Placed under the aegis of the FFF, the LFFP will officially come into operation on 01/07/2024. In terms of governance, "Jean-Michel Aulas will be accompanied by a vice-president whose candidacy will be submitted for approval following the next Federal Assembly (08/06/2024). Six employees will make up the administrative team dedicated to the League, in addition to support from other FFF departments. Two specific governance bodies will be created: the general assembly and the league's executive committee," explained the FFF.
