The Football Association generated a total turnover of £481.8m (€561.5m on 31/07/2023) for the financial year 2022-23 (01/08/2022 to 31/07/2023), down 7.1% on 2021-22 (£518.8m/€617.7m), announced The FA upon the publication of its Annual Report and Financial Statements on 30/04/2024. The financial results presented by The FA include its own activities (within Football Association Limited), as well as those carried out at Wembley Stadium (Wembley National Stadium Limited) and at its national training centre at St. George's Park (National Football Centre Limited).

The Football Association's operating profit of £39.4m (compared with £138.6m in 2021-22) and a net profit of £25.7m (£107.6m in 2021-22) were down, which can be explained in part by the scheduling of three matches at Wembley (the Community Shield and two England men's matches) in 2021-22 rather than 2022-23 due to the 2022 World Cup being held in Qatar in November-December rather than June-July.
