Paris Saint-Germain: an academy to open in Yokohama in June 2024, the club's 3^rd in Japan

Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) will open its third academy in Japan in June 2024, in Yokohama, a city south of the capital Tokyo, announced the club on 03/05/2024.

The PSG Academy Japan, inaugurated in 2022 to coincide with the club's summer tour of the country, already has two branches catering for a total of 100 children aged between 4 and 18: one in Tokyo and the other in Saitama.

"The aim of these academies is to offer a unique Paris Saint-Germain training experience to as many young Japanese players as possible, thanks to high-quality facilities, coaches trained by the club who work under the supervision of the PSG technical department, and a unique training methodology developed in Paris (FRA)," explained the French club.

"To date, Paris Saint-Germain has almost 200 Academies in 21 countries, and more than 45,000 players train under the red and blue colours," added the club.
