• LALIGA, the Spanish National Police Sports Office, the RFEF and the Spanish Association of Football Teams Physicians (AEMEF) have come together to "examine incidents that take place in professional football stadiums, especially those affecting the public, and their impact on the running of matches."
• The FA and its partner Barclays (bank) have launched a new mentoring programme which aims "to provide aspiring leaders from historically underrepresented groups within the football industry with the opportunity to gain valuable insight, guidance, and support from experienced professionals to become tomorrow's leaders."
• At least three Premier League clubs will take part in the Stateside Cup summer tournament, to be held in the American states of Florida and Maryland from 27/07 to 28/08/2024.
• The American investment fund 777 Partners has been charged with major fraud in a New York federal court, according to the American press.
