Matchday 33, the penultimate matchday of the 2023-24 Bundesliga season, drew an average of 40,954 spectators per game from Friday 10 to Sunday 12/05/2024. The average stadium fill rate was 100%, a first for the German league this season.

FC Bayern Munich - VfL Wolfsburg (2-0) on Sunday 12/05 (kick-off 17:30 CET) was the match that posted the best attendance, with the Allianz Arena (Munich, GER) once again sold out (75,000 capacity). Three other fixtures drew more than 45,000 spectators.
