Stade Brestois 29: adapted sport & accessibility at the heart of the future Arkéa Park project

The creation of a multi-sports club for adapted sports, the organisation of an adapted sports competition during the Ligue 1 Uber Eats break, dedicated facilities and signage, wheelchair-accessible seats in all the stands, and more. These are just some of the accessibility features that will be deployed at Arkéa Park, the future home of Stade Brestois 29 (Ligue 1 Uber Eats), announced the club just over 100 days before the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games (scheduled for 28/08) on 13/05/2024.

In collaboration with the Le Saint endowment fund (headed by Gérard Le Saint, president of Stade Brestois), an adapted multi-sports club will be set up within the new stadium, "enabling young people aged between 6 and 21 with psychological and/or mental disabilities to take part in a wide range of sporting activities," said the Breton club.
