Bundesliga International: three appointments made to strengthen the Asia Pacific leadership team

The Deutsche Fußball Liga has made three appointments to the leadership team of Bundesliga International, its subsidiary responsible for the commercial rights (audiovisual, sponsorship, marketing and digital) to the Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga abroad, in order to support its development in the APAC region, announced the German league on 15/05/2024.

The following have been appointed:
• Tomoi Kouchi as head of East Asia;
• Dennis Kittel, previously head of sales and strategic projects APAC, has been promoted to head of Southeast Asia and India;
• Mano Nhouvannasak as head of strategic projects Asia Pacific.

"The strategic restructuring will allow for more focused and deeper market growth in key Asian markets and intensify key market projects and cooperation with regional football, sports and governmental stakeholders together alongside its clubs," explained the DFL.

"The expanded APAC team will continue to be led by Kevin Sim, head of Asia Pacific, who oversees Bundesliga International's Singapore Asia Pacific regional HQ and China office in Beijing," added the DFL.
