FFF: Memorandum of Understanding with the OFC, the first signed with one of the six Confederations

Philippe Diallo, president of the FFF, and Lambert Maltock (Vanuatu), president of the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC), signed a four-year Memorandum of Understanding in Bangkok (Thailand), on 16/05/2024, on the occasion of the 30^th OFC Congress and the 74^th FIFA Congress held in the city on 16 and 17/05/2024 respectively.

"The exchange of experience will be at the heart of this major project, which will enable the FFF to export its know-how to territories at the other end of the world. This is the first time that a cooperation agreement has been signed with one of the six international confederations (UEFA, CAF, CONMEBOL, Concacaf, AFC and OFC), and it is no coincidence that it is with Oceania. Indeed, of the 11 territories grouped together by this confederation (see list below), two are French: Tahiti and New Caledonia (with Federations that are among FIFA's 211 member associations)," said the FFF.
