2023-24 D1 Arkema: Olympique Lyonnais claim their 17^th French women's league title

Olympique Lyonnais' women's team have been crowned 2023-24 D1 Arkema champions after beating Paris Saint-Germain 2-1 in the final of the competition at Groupama Stadium (Décines-Charpieu, FRA) on 17/05/2024. This is the first time that the French women's league title has been awarded via a play-off phase.

Olympique Féminin, 11 points clear of second-placed Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the league phase, have won their third consecutive French league title and their 17^th in total. They will face FC Barcelona (Liga F) in the final of the Women's Champions League at the San Mamés Stadium in Bilbao (ESP) on 25/05/2024.

This national title comes just a few months after American businesswoman Michele Kang acquired a 52.9% stake in OL Féminin from OL Groupe via her company YMK Holdings (February 2024).
