2023-24 Barclays WSL: Chelsea FC crowned English women's champions for the 5^th year running

Chelsea FC's women's team have been crowned 2023-24 Barclays Women's Super League champions after a 6-0 victory over Manchester United FC on Matchday 22, the final matchday in the English women's top flight, on Saturday 18/05/2024. The London club earned 55 points, level with Manchester City, but had a better goal difference.

This is Chelsea's fifth successive Premier League title since the one they won in 2019-20, and their seventh in total, making them England's most successful women's team, ahead of Arsenal FC (3 titles) and Liverpool FC (2).

The London club's women's team generated revenue totalling €4.1m in 2022-23 according to British consultancy Deloitte, including €1.9m from TV rights and €1.3m from matchday revenue. This ranks the club 6^th in Europe in terms of revenue generated by the women's team.
