Serie A TIM/Inter Milan: a total of 1.728 million fans at the San Siro during the 2023-24 season

FC Inter Milan (Serie A TIM) welcomed 1.728 million spectators to the San Siro (Milan, ITA) for its 24 home matches during the 2023-24 season, announced the club on 20/05/2024.

The 2023-24 Italian champions drew a total of 1.38 million spectators to the stadium for the 19 league matches, with "a record-breaking average of 72,838 spectators per match" with "over 70,000 supporters in the stands" for each fixture.

The Lombardy club also drew a total of 281,117 spectators to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza - the official name of the stadium since 1980 - for its four Champions League matches (207,408 in the group stage and 73,709 in the Round of 16 for the match versus Club Atlético de Madrid (LALIGA EA Sports).

In addition, 63,519 fans were present at the San Siro (78,328 capacity) for the Round of 16 of the Coppa Italia versus Bologna FC, which represents "another record" according to the club, which added that "never before had so many supporters attended a Coppa Italia match in the last 16."
