Skweek: partnership with YBVR to offer the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four in Virtual Reality

Skweek (Fedcom Media) has entered into a partnership with YBVR, an American company specialised in virtual reality and technology, to offer the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four in virtual reality in France and Monaco, announced the OTT platform on 24/05/2024.

Fans will be able to watch the Final Four matches of the competition, held in Berlin (GER) from 24 to 26/05/2024, via the EuroLeague TV VR application. "EuroLeague TV VR, an innovative app developed by YBVR, offers a groundbreaking approach to experiencing live sports. With a diverse array of immersive camera angles, fans can immerse themselves in the action, feeling like they are courtside. Viewers can also seamlessly switch between perspectives to capture every pivotal moment on the court, all with the touch of a button," explained Skweek.

Users can purchase a virtual ticket for €6.99 on Android and Meta Quest VR headsets to access all live and on-demand content. "For the same price, iOS users will simply have to buy the app directly from the store and access the content," added Skweek.
