Club Atlético de Madrid: a record 140,419 members and 60,000 season ticket holders in 2023-24

Club Atlético de Madrid (LALIGA EA Sports) have ended the 2023-24 season with a record 140,419 members and 60,000 season ticket holders for matches at the Civitas Metropolitano (Madrid, ESP), announced the club on 28/05/2024.

The previous records were set in 2022-23 with 137,631 members and 58,589 season ticket holders. The Spanish club installed an additional 1,846 seats in the summer of 2023 in order to "to meet the ever-increasing demand for season ticket holders from fans and the general public". As a result, the capacity of the stadium has increased to 70,460, with 64,440 seats in the general seating capacity and 6,020 in the VIP section.

Atlético de Madrid, 4^th in the 2023-24 LALIGA EA Sports and qualified for the 2024-25 Champions League, are offering four membership options based on age: 0-5 year olds (€35), 6-13 year olds (also €35, with a €10 welcome voucher), 14-24 year olds (€50, with a €15 gift voucher) and over-25s (€68, with a €25 gift voucher).
