Bernard Caïazzo and Roland Romeyer, shareholders of AS Saint-Étienne (promoted to Ligue 1 in 2024-25), have sold all their shares to the Canadian group Kilmer Sports Ventures, which will become the club's sole owner, announced ASSE on 03/06/2024.
