LALIGA EA Sports: Hummel succeeds adidas as equipment supplier of RC Celta for 2024-2029

Hummel has become the official equipment supplier of RC Celta (LALIGA EA Sports) for five seasons (2024-2029), announced the Spanish club on 03/06/2024. The Danish brand "will be in charge of supplying the playing, training and lifestyle kits, both for the first team and for the rest of the club’s sporting sections and youth categories," said the club, which generated €10.5m in sponsorship and advertising revenue in 2022-23.

Hummel succeeds adidas, the club's equipement supplier over the past 11 seasons (2013-2024). The agreement with the German brand, which was valued at €1.5m over the 2020-2024 cycle, was initially set tu run until the end of the 2024-25 season.

In Spain, the Danish brand is also the equipment supplier of UD Las Palmas (LALIGA EA Sports) as well as of LALIGA Hypermotion sides SD Eibar, CD Eldense and CD Tenerife.

In total, Hummel was the equipment supplier to five clubs in the European Top 5 in 2023-24: Everton FC (Premier League), 1. FC Köln and SV Werder Bremen (Bundesliga) in addition to the Spanish clubs. Among the 13 clubs promoted to the European Top 5 leagues…
