Bundesliga: Eurowings renews as Borussia Dortmund's official airline (2024-2026)

Eurowings, a low-cost airline and subsidiary of the German Lufthansa Group, has renewed its partnership with Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) as its premium partner and official airline for a further two seasons, until 2025-26, announced the club on 07/06/2024. The extended agreement also covers the company's partnership with the club's women's team (4^th division) as a training shirt sponsor.

Eurowings has occupied the third level of BVB's sponsorship hierarchy since the 2016-17 season, when it took over from Turkish Airlines. Eurowings benefits from visibility on signage, big screens and touchline benches at the Signal Iduna Park (81,365 capacity). The airline and the club plan to activate their partnership mainly on both parties' digital platforms and via the use of an Airbus 320 decorated in the club's colours.

The collaboration between BVB and Eurowings has seen the airline dedicate an aircraft to the travel of the club's fans to its European matches since 2022.
