Convention Foot Unis: "The club invests €500,000 a year in event marketing" (K. Houari, Toulouse FC)

"How can we improve the customer experience? Obviously, there's accessibility and access to the stadium. But when you organise a fan zone, you can't do just anything. It has to be branded in our colours, with quality games and so on. The club invests €500,000 a year in marketing linked to the organisation of events, plus €70,000 to adapt the infrastructure," said Karim Houari, operations director at Toulouse FC (Ligue 1), on 11/06/2024.

Houari took part in a conference devoted to "fans in the stadium" at the 2024 Convention of professional football clubs, an event organised by Foot Unis at the Toulouse Stadium in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne, FRA) on Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12/06/2024. He was joined by Henri Ernst, director of programming for UGC cinemas, and Florent Soulez, deputy managing director of BR-Units.
