Facebook: an average of 745 million daily users on the mobile application in 2014 (+34%)

The social network Facebook had an average of 745 million daily users on its mobile application in 2014, an increase of 34% compared to 2013, according to a report released by the company on 28/01/2015.

Facebook registered 1.4 billion monthly users and 890 million daily users across all its platforms combined. The company made a profit of €11bn in 2014, an increase of 58% compared to last year (€6.96bn).

Among the companies acquired by Facebook, it has 700 million monthly users on WhatsApp, a free app on which users can exchange messages and files, and 300 million monthly users on Instagram, a photo and video sharing platform. The instant chat app Messenger, owned by Facebook, has 526 million monthly users.
