Serie A Enilive: DAZN renews its broadcasting rights in the DACH zone for the 2024-2027 cycle

DAZN has extended its exclusive full broadcasting rights to the Serie A Enilive in Germany and Austria for the 2024-2027 cycle, and acquired them in Switzerland for the same period, announced the OTT sports platform on 11/06/2024.

The agreement for the DACH region also includes the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa and the Supercoppa Italiana (Supercup EA Sports). Fans will be able to watch the matches in German, English and Italian, "excellent news especially for Italian-speaking football fans in Switzerland," said DAZN.

The platform has held the TV rights to the Italian top flight in Germany and Austria since its launch in these territories in 2016. The pay-TV operator Sky and Swiss telecoms operator Swisscom (owner of the Blue Sports pay-TV bouquet) owned the rights to broadcast the Serie A in Switzerland over the 2021-2024 cycle.
