LFP/DNCG: "Decision suspended pending further information" for Olympique de Marseille & Le Havre AC

"Stay of proceedings pending further information requested from the club" was the decision taken in application of article 11 of the DNCG Regulations with regard to Olympique de Marseille and Le Havre AC (Ligue 1) by the Commission de Contrôle des Clubs Professionnels (Professional Clubs Control Committee) as part of the examination of the situation of the clubs for the 2024-25 sports season, according to the Ligue de Football Professionnel on 13/06/2024.

This examination of the clubs' provisional budgets for the 2024-25 season is taking place at a time when the allocation of domestic audiovisual rights for Ligue 1 over the 2024-2029 cycle has still not taken place, as of 13/06/2024. Against this backdrop, the supervisory body has urged the clubs to present projected revenues for 2024-25 corresponding to those received during the 2023-24 season in terms of audiovisual rights.
