FIFA: Infront "exclusive advisor" for the sale of media rights to 19 territories in Asia

Infront has become FIFA's "exclusive advisor" for the sale of media rights for its competitions in 19 territories in Asia in order to "ensure a smooth transition into the new sales structure," announced the Swiss media and marketing rights agency on 13/06/2024.

The agency will act as FIFA's advisor in the following territories: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. This is the first time that the body has marketed its media rights directly to broadcasters in these territories (with the exception of South Korea, Japan and Malaysia, where it already marketed its rights directly).

"In its new advisory role, Infront will leverage its extensive market knowledge, established relationships and experience in selling FIFA and other premium rights throughout Asia.
