The fifth and final game of the series was watched by an average of 12.22 million viewers, with a peak of 13.28 million on the channel on Monday 17/06/2024 (game start at 20:30 ET), according to Nielsen.

In 2022-23, the NBA Finals won by the Denver Nuggets versus the Miami Heat (4-1 in the series) drew an average of 11.64 million viewers on ABC.
