Everton FC: exclusive negotiations with Friedkin Group (USA), already owners of AS Roma

Blue Heaven Holdings Limited, the Isle of Man-registered company that owns 94.1% of Everton FC (Premier League), has entered into exclusive negotiations regarding the sale of the club with the American Friedkin Group, which already owns AS Roma (Serie A Enilive), announced the Merseyside (Liverpool, ENG) club on 21/06/2024.

"Blue Heaven Holdings has received significant interest from several highly respected parties interested in investing in the club. All parties will now work together to conclude this process. In the meantime, the club will continue to operate as normal," added Everton, owned by Iranian-British businessman Farhad Moshiri.

This announcement comes three weeks after the agreement between US investment fund 777 Partners and Blue Heaven Holdings Limited for the sale of the club expired on 01/06/2024.
