Los Angeles 2028: Cisco (IT), 12^th brand to join the national sponsorship programme

Cisco, an American company specialised in computer servers, has become an official sponsor of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Summer Games, announced the brand on 21/06/2024.

Cisco has thus moved up to 4^th place in the sponsorship hierarchy for the 34^th edition of the Summer Games, alongside pharmaceutical company Lilly. In addition to the IOC's Top Partners, the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games will benefit from the support of two founding partners (ComCast and Delta; 2^nd level), three ticketing and hospitality suppliers (the AXS and CTS Eventim agencies and On Location; 3^rd level), two official suppliers (Guild and Hershey; 4^th level) and three licensees (Nike, Oakley and Polo Ralph Lauren; 5^th level).

As part of the agreement, the brand will "provide the Organising Committee with its "networking equipment to:
• deliver an always-on unified view of the organisation's entire digital footprint;
• proactively defend critical infrastructure;
• prevent outages;
• refine the network experience in real-time."
