United States - Uruguay (0-1), on Matchday 3 in Group C of the Copa América 2024, drew an average of 3.78 million viewers, with a peak of 4.87 million on the English-language channel FS1 (Fox Sports) in the United States on Monday 01/07/2024 (kick-off at 21:00 ET), according to data from the American institute Nielsen.

"It was the most-watched non-World Cup soccer telecast on FS1 and the most-watched English-language Copa América telecast ever in the US," according to the American group. The USA's three group stage matches drew an average of 3.15 million viewers on Fox channels, according to Nielsen.

The Fox Group acquired the English-language broadcasting rights to CONMEBOL competitions for the 2021-2026 cycle on 04/05/2021. The agreement includes the Copa América 2021, the Women's Copa América 2022, CONMEBOL qualifying for the Women's World Cup 2023, CONMEBOL qualifying for the Paris 2024 Olympics, the men's and women's editions of the Copa América 2024 and the Women's Copa América 2026.
