Delphine Ernotte, president of the public broadcasting group France Télévisions, has been re-elected president of the European Broadcasting Union (Union Européenne de Radio-Télévision) by an "absolute majority" for the 2025-2026 cycle, announced the alliance of public service media organisations on 04/07/2024.

She has held the post of EBU president since January 2021, having previously been the Union's vice-president from January 2019 to December 2020. Cilla Benkö, director general and CEO of Swedish Radio/Sveriges Radio, has also been re-elected EBU vice-president, also by an "absolute majority". The Swede has been a member of the EBU executive board since 2010 and was elected vice-president in November 2023.

"They will continue in their roles for the 2025-2026 term of office. The president and vice-president are responsible for leading the EBU's executive board and help champion the value and importance of public service media across Europe," said the EBU.
