Real Betis Balompié: €5.8m raised in third round of financing as part of the club's capital increase

Real Betis Balompié (LALIGA EA Sports) has received a total of €5.8m from 216 shareholders via the purchase of 15,960 shares as part of the third phase of its capital increase process, announced the club at the end of this penultimate round, on 15/07/2024.

Together with the €20.5m raised in the first round and the €14.6m in the second round, this €5.8m brings the company's capital increase to €40.9m. This represents 95.3% of the €42.9m target via the issue of 117,500 new shares at a unit price of €365.44. The fourth and final round of financing will begin at the end of July 2024. A notary's office has been set up at the Estadio Benito Villamarín to facilitate the administrative procedures for private individuals involved in this transaction.
