• Cryptocurrency trading platform Kraken has become a sleeve sponsor of Tottenham Hotspur FC (Premier League) from 2024-25, 16/07/2024.
• RC Lens (Ligue 1 McDonald's) posted a season ticket renewal rate of 99.6% for the 2024-25 season. The club had 29,000 season ticket holders in 2023-24, the maximum number set.
• Former French international Peguy Luyindula is said to be at the head of a consortium of American investors who have entered into exclusive negotiations with 777 Partners for the purchase of Red Star FC (Ligue 2 BKT).
• Swedish audiovisual group Viaplay has posted a turnover of SEK4.49bn (€389m) and a net loss of SEK120m (€10.4m) for the second quarter of its 2024 financial year.
• Kapriol, a safety equipment brand, has become a shorts sponsor of AS Saint-Étienne (Ligue 1 McDonald's) for the 2024-25 season, on 19/07/2024. The agreement also includes an option to renew for the following season (2025-26).
