Eagle Football Group (formerly OL Groupe): total revenues of €368m in 2023-24 (+27%)

Total revenue from Eagle Football Group's (formerly OL Groupe) activities for the 2023-24 financial year (from 01/07/2023 to 30/06/2024) was €368.3m, up 27% on 2022-23 (€289.7m), announced the American company that owns Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 McDonald's), presenting unaudited data on 25/07/2024.

Excluding transfer-related revenue, revenue from the Group's activities stood at €263.6m in 2023-24, compared with €199.1m in 2022-23, an increase of 32%.

"In line with Eagle Football's strategy, in particular the refocusing on men's football activities" Eagle Football Group sold all its shares in OL Vallée Arena (the company that operates the LDLC Arena) to HOLARENA, a company newly created by Holnest (Jean-Michel Aulas' family holding company) and a group of investors on 12/06/2024. Similarly, Eagle Football Group also sold its entire stake (97% of the capital) in OL Reign (NWSL), renamed "Seattle Reign FC", to a consortium comprising the Seattle Sounders (MLS) and US private equity firm Carlyle, on 18/03/2024.
