Spain/RFEF: revenues stable at €363m & a net profit of €8.8m for the 2023 financial year

The ordinary general assembly of the Real Federacion Espanola de Futbol, held at the Ciudad Del Futbol Las Rozas (Madrid, ESP) on 30/07/2024, has approved the RFEF's accounts for the 2023 financial year, which show revenues of €363m (compared with €366m in 2022) and a net profit of €8.8m (€28.7m in 2022), announced the body the same day. This financial statement received 95% of the votes in its favour.

"The income recorded this year, confirms the good health of the governing body of Spanish football, which has allocated a large part of this figure (€93.9m) to all types of aid to non-professional football, both those distributed directly to clubs of the different categories and types of football, as well as to the territorial federations," explained the RFEF.

The Federation's main revenue streams were audiovisual rights (€115.4m), sponsorship (€76.2m) and income from the participation of national teams in international competitions (€38.9m).
