Scotland: New Balance could replace Nike as the kit supplier to Celtic FC from 2015-16

The American sportswear company New Balance could replace Nike as the kit supplier to Celtic FC (Scottish Premiership) from the 2015-16 season, stated British media outlets on 05/02/2015.

Nike extended its contract with the Glasgow club for a sum of €6.5m in summer 2010. The partnership will end in June 2015. The two organisations have been in partnership since the 2005-06 season. Nike has made no announcement about a possible extension.

New Balance announced its entry into the European football by replacing its brand Warrior Sports at Liverpool FC, Stoke City FC (Barclays Premier League), Sevilla FC (Liga BBVA) and FC Porto (Liga Sagres) from the season 2015- 16, on 05/02/2015.
