2024-25 Premier League: all you need to know regarding broadcasting in the UK & internationally

Manchester United FC - Fulham FC, the first match of the 2024-25 Premier League season, scheduled for Friday 16/08/2024 (kick-off at 20:00 local time, 21:00 CET), will be broadcast on the channels of the pay-TV group Sky in the UK.

The domestic broadcasting rights to the Premier League for the 2022-2025 cycle are held by the UK pay-TV operators Sky (128 live matches), TNT Sports (52 live matches), the US e-commerce group Amazon (20 matches, i.e. two full matchdays on an exclusive basis) and the public broadcasting group BBC (free-to-air highlights).

The Premier League's domestic and international broadcasting rights over the 2022-2025 cycle are expected to bring in £5.1bn (€5.9bn) and £5.3bn (€6.17bn) respectively, according to information published by the British daily newspaper The Times on 10/02/2022.
