IOC: Deloitte, Top partner until the Brisbane 2032 Games, takes over Atos' IT responsibilities

The British audit and consultancy firm Deloitte, which has been appointed Top Partner of the International Olympic Committee until the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, has extended its partnership with the body and become its "technology integration partner," announced the IOC on 09/08/2024. The agreement covers the Winter Olympic Games in Milano Cortina 2026 and the Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles 2028.

As part of this partnership, Deloitte, which generated a turnover of $64.9bn (€58.7bn) in 2023, "will help advance the IOC's vision of establishing a new integrated technology infrastructure and Games platform to enhance and secure the Olympic and Paralympic Games' technology operations for the future," explained the IOC.

The British group, which has been contracted by the IOC since 07/04/2022 to provide "management and business consulting Services, including digital strategy and transformation" has taken over the IT tasks of its French counterpart Atos, whose contract has not been extended beyond the Paris 2024 Games.
