Paris 2024/France Télévisions: nearly 60 million viewers in France & 50.2% cumulative audience share

The Paris 2024 Olympic Games reached "almost 60 million French men and women" on the channels of the public broadcasting group France Télévisions, "a historic success," announced the group, the official free-to-air broadcaster of the Paris 2024 Olympics, which drew up its audience figures on 13/08/2024.

France Télévisions' channels achieved an audience share of 50.2% between 26/07 and 11/08/2024, including a 32.3% audience share for France 2, "the leading national channel over the entire fortnight," said the group, according to Médiamétrie data.

France Télévisions had, in addition to France 2, France 3 and France 5, a dedicated digital channel (france.tv Paris 2024) which accumulated "39 million video views and more than 11 million unique visitors." In addition, "the france.tv website recorded more than 200 million video views over the entire event," added the French group.
